The staff experience.

Leadership and finance.

Agree the budget, contribution model, eligible staff, default funds, any matching limit and the full payable cost.

Your People.

Introduce the scheme, help staff understand their choices and coordinate eligibility changes and company contacts with us.

We Fund Good.

Coordinate the fund-choice process, research and fund communications, and provide company allocation and distribution summaries.

What the proposal covers.

The complete costs and arrangements are agreed before giving begins. Payroll integration has a separately agreed scope.

Who chooses the charities?

Fund boards decide membership and allocations, drawing on expertise, experience and checked research. Extra charity news is optional and is not a funding condition.

Sponsorship can sit alongside giving.

Presenting and supporter recognition are separate company arrangements that help We Fund Good keep the work going. Charitable contributions go into the shared pool; sponsorship supports the work behind We Fund Good.
