Small charities.
Shared purpose.

For companies

Good belongs
at work, too.

Bring regular giving into your workplace. Set a company budget, give your team a choice of causes and places, and stay connected to the smaller charities behind the funds.

Three ways to give together

Choose how
your team gives.

Start with who contributes. Each approach brings giving into the same curated funds, with staff choosing the purpose that matters to them.

01 · Company-funded

Your contribution.
Their choice.

Your company provides a regular charitable contribution for each participating employee. Staff choose which fund receives their allocation.

Company contribution
A regular amount you set for each participating employee.
Staff contribution
No personal donation required.
Budget control
Agree the contribution and who is included in the scheme.

02 · Optional top-ups

A company gift.
A little extra.

Your company provides the regular contribution. Staff can add their own donation if they choose, alongside their company-funded allocation.

Company contribution
The agreed regular amount for each participating employee.
Staff contribution
An optional personal top-up, chosen by the employee.
Budget control
The company contribution stays within the budget you set.

03 · Employer matching

They give.
You join in.

Staff choose to donate to a fund, and your company adds a matching contribution under agreed rules.

Company contribution
A match based on participating employees’ donations.
Staff contribution
A personal donation to their chosen fund.
Budget control
Set the matching rate, eligibility and a company spending limit.

One catalogue. A shared effort.

A choice for staff.
A connection
to the work.

Your team can choose a cause they care about or a local fund connected to a place they know.

We bring the fund catalogue, charity research and communications together. Fund boards decide membership and allocations, using relevant expertise, experience and research.

Short monthly updates share sourced news from the charities, with sources and dates readers can check. Company summaries explain allocations and distributions, while fund stories help your team understand the organisations behind their choice.

For your team

A default to start.
A choice of your own.

A fund choice from day one.

For a contribution paid on an employee’s behalf, the employer specifies the default fund or funds.

Staff can change their choice.

Employees can choose the fund that matters to them instead. Personal top-ups are optional in a company-funded scheme; matching follows the company’s agreed model.

A connection that stays.

Staff retain their access after leaving the company. Business contributions and top-ups end, while their connection to the platform continues.

From budget to shared purpose

Make it work
for your workplace.

  1. 01

    Set the approach.

Choose the contribution model, who can take part and the company’s giving budget. Agree any top-up or matching rules.

  2. 02

    Agree the practical details.

Work through collection, staff fund choices, finance contacts, reporting and the full costs. Any payroll integration or bespoke implementation has its own agreed scope.

  3. 03

    Introduce the choice.

Use a clear staff introduction to explain the funds, the company contribution and how employees can take part. Agree launch materials and any briefings as part of setup.

  4. 04

    Keep the connection.

Follow the shared funds through charity news and company giving summaries. Review participation and your budget together as the scheme develops.

A clear company budget

The giving.
The full cost.

Agree the charitable contribution and the cost of running the scheme before you commit.

The amount designated for charities goes into the charitable pool. A small processing fee is added. Setup, any additional reporting and bespoke work are scoped separately, so your company can understand its total budget.

For optional staff top-ups, agree who covers the processing fee as part of the arrangement.

Another way for your company to help

Put your name
behind a fund.

Sponsorship helps keep We Fund Good’s work going, with recognition alongside a cause or community your company cares about.

Present a fund.

A prominent “Presented by” association on the fund page and in its communications, with sponsor reporting. Discuss nominating a fund-board member through the appointment and conflicts process.

Be a fund supporter.

Your name or logo appears alongside other supporters on the fund page and in its monthly news, with sponsor reporting. This option focuses on recognition and support for the work behind the fund.

Before we talk

A few practical questions.

Can this sit alongside our existing charity partnerships?

Yes. Discuss how a shared fund could complement your existing giving, staff fundraising or charity partnerships. You can choose which part of your company budget to bring into the scheme.

Can staff choose different funds?

Yes. Staff choice is central to the workplace approach. Employees can choose a cause or local fund from the shared catalogue, within the allocation arrangements agreed for your company.

What if someone has not chosen a fund or leaves the company?

The employer specifies the default fund or funds for contributions paid on an employee’s behalf. Employees can change their choice. On leaving, they retain their access but stop receiving company contributions or top-ups.

What information does the company need to provide?

Agree the participating staff, contribution model, default funds and company contacts during setup. Coordinate joiners, leavers and contribution changes with We Fund Good. Staff contact and choice information is used to run the arrangement, with the required fields and handling set out in the company proposal.

Does employee giving have to come through payroll?

The contribution models explain who provides the giving. Collection arrangements are agreed during setup. Salary deductions or payroll integration need a separately agreed scope.

Can we give and sponsor a fund?

Yes. They are separate arrangements with separate costs: charitable contributions enter the shared pool, while sponsorship helps keep We Fund Good’s work going and provides agreed recognition.

What happens after we enquire?

We discuss your current giving, team, budget and preferred approach, then work through responsibilities and costs. An enquiry starts that conversation without setting up payments or committing your company to a scheme.

Find the right fit

Let’s bring
your giving together.

Tell us about your team and the option that interests you.

Your staff numbers, current giving and an outline budget are useful starting points. We can talk through workplace giving, sponsorship, or a combination of the two.
