You can use this email address to ask about your information or request access, corrections or deletion.
What you choose to share
Fund interest includes your name, email, selected fund, whether you are interested in personal or workplace giving, and any optional personal amount preference. A news-only signup records your selected fund and permission for its news, without a giving amount or launch-notification signup. An enquiry can include your organisation, relevant fund and the message you enter. Potential-fund feedback records the ideas you select, your chosen focus, any fund idea or place you suggest, your contact details and optional comments so we can acknowledge and follow up on your interests. Draft fund ideas, custom suggestions and place suggestions are kept in your browser for this visit so they carry between pages. Contact details and comments are not kept in browser storage. We do not infer personal circumstances from the causes you choose. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Separate communications
Permission to answer an enquiry or notify you when giving opens is separate from the optional future fund news checkbox. You can choose one without the other. Your interest does not create a donation commitment.
Enquiries and follow-up
When you submit through our hosted website, we save your enquiry or fund-interest details and your communication choices. We send an acknowledgement email and use your details to respond to your enquiry or let you know when your chosen fund opens.
Future fund news is a separate, optional choice. Monthly updates are not starting with this website launch. We’ll email you when fund news is ready to begin. Registering interest does not set up a donation or authorise a payment.
The services we use
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores enquiries and communication choices, and provides verification to help protect the forms from abuse. Resend sends our acknowledgement emails.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand visits to this website, including the coming-soon page. Reports show aggregate information such as page views, referral sources, fund choices and the steps visitors reach before an enquiry is saved. We record whether a form was viewed, started or submitted, and broad validation or submission errors, to understand where journeys become difficult. We do not send names, email addresses, messages, suggested places, custom suggestions, potential-fund selections, amount preferences or other text entered in our forms to Plausible.
Error reporting
We use Sentry to help identify technical failures on the website and its backend. Reports include the error type, code location and application version. We filter out form contents, names, email addresses, cookies, request headers and personal preference-link tokens. We do not use session replay. The service is provided by Sentry in the United States.
Preferences
Email preferences use a personal link for opting out of fund news. No general contact list is exposed by that page. Sponsorship reports use aggregate information, rather than named donor or enquiry records.
